COMPLETE KIT OF PARTS FOR V.1.11 PLANNERS CONSTRUCTION, WITHOUT PROFILES

V-SLOT profiles and accessories allow to the construction of many different structures. The use of V-type profiles and V-Wheel rollers allows the profiles to be used as a guiders. Thanks to this, we no longer need shafts, shaft supports, bearings and many other elements that we often have to place on a structure.

If our system is used, the structural element can also be used for movement realization.

KIT OF ELEMENTS FOR BUILDING A STRUCTURE FOR A V1.11 PLANNER MODEL

This set contains the most important elements needed to build a carriage on which the spindle is installed and to connect the X axis with the Y axis profiles. Using the elements included in this set you can create a base that moves along the V-SLOT aluminum profiles.

This element can also be used to build wood planers in a different configuration than those presented on our website V-SLOT.pl

To assemble the entire planner, you need to buy V-SLOT aluminum profiles in the appropriate size according to own design.

NEW VERSION V1.11 (from 31/07/2020)

The new version of the planner has been improved in several respects compared to the old one. This allowed to achieve better stiffness of the structure and improved quality of work.

The changes that has been made:

Changing the mounting of the carriage on the X axis. Gantry Plate 20-80mm was used
The spindle mounting area has been increased
Wider aluminum profiles were used for the X axis (2080)

This product is a set of parts for self-assembly.
By using these elements and by purchasing the appropriate V-SLOT aluminum profiles, you will build a portable, simple planner for work in materials such as wood. The structure is light, portable and easy to build. There are many configuration and expansion options.

The V-SLOT wood planner is quick to install and easy to transport!

Assembling a unit from components should not take longer than 2-3 hours, even for a beginner user. The tools you will need are hex wrenches, an 8mm flat wrench and possibly taps.
After the first assembly, the spindle guide is easy to assemble and transport. Just pull the Y-axis profiles out of the trolley and we have 3 elements for transport! - a matter of 2 minutes
Reassembling the unit to a new one is also a matter of 2-3 minutes!

PLANNER FOR WOOD WITH 3 AXIS ADJUSTMENT ( X/Y/Z ) MODEL BSV 2020

The next generation of wood planers created by our company. Planer BSV 2020 is a construction to which we added the possibility of height adjustment of the Z-axis thanks to which the unit is more universal. This type of construction, thanks to the use of V-SLOT profiles and OpenBuilds accessories, makes it possible to achieve linear movement and to work with a stable construction that is modifiable and easy to assemble/disassemble and therefore to transport.
