V-SLOT profiles and accessories allow to the construction of many different structures. The use of V-type profiles and V-Wheel rollers allows the profiles to be used as a guiders. Thanks to this, we no longer need shafts, shaft supports, bearings and many other elements that we often have to place on a structure.

If our system is used, the structural element can also be used for movement realization.

NEW VERSION V1.11 (from 31/07/2020)

The new version of the planner has been improved in several respects compared to the old one. This allowed for better stiffness of the structure and improved quality of work.
The changes that has been made:

Changing the mounting of the carriage on the X axis. Gantry Plate 20-80mm was used
The spindle mounting area has been increased
Wider aluminum profiles were used for the X axis (2080)

VIDEO (earlier version V1)

This product is a set of parts for self-assembly or a ready, assembled set. Using these elements, you will build a portable, simple planner for work in materials such as wood. The structure is light, portable and easy to build.

There are many configuration and expansion possibilities. In the options at the price, you can choose a kit for self-assembly where, based on the video on our YouTube channel, you will be able to assemble the planner from scratch or order a ready, assembled kit, which will be ready to work a moment after unpacking!

You can configure your structure in several sizes from 500x500 mm up to 2000 x 2000 mm!

The V-SLOT wood planner is quick to install and easy to transport! Assembling a unit from components should not take longer than 2-3 hours, even for a beginner. The tools you will need are hex wrenches, an 8mm flat wrench and possibly taps. After the first assembly, the spindle guide is easy to assemble and transport. Just pull the Y-axis profiles out of the trolley and we have 3 elements for transport! - a matter of 2 minutes Reassembling the unit in a new one is also a matter of 2-3 minutes!

TYPE OF Y-AXIS PROFILE AND WORK MATERIAL HEIGHT:

Depending on the height of the material you want to process, it is worth paying attention to the profiles used for the Y axis.

There are several possibilities:

By using V-SLOT 2040 profiles for the Y axis and a 5mm thick spindle base plate, you will get a space of approx. 20mm.
By using V-SLOT 2060 profiles for the Y axis and a 5mm thick spindle base plate, you will get a working space / height of approx. 40 mm.
By using V-SLOT 2080 profiles for the Y axis and a 5mm thick spindle base plate, you will get a working space / height of approx. 60 mm.

The photo below shows the height from the base to the bottom edge of the trolley using a 5mm thick spindle mounting plate and the 2040 V-SLOT Y-axis profiles.
