How to build a table from V-SLOT aluminium profiles?
Structural aluminium profiles available in the V-SLOT store, have many applications. Profiles enable the building the construction of boxes, machines, workstations, and many others. This time we will show you, how to build a simple table using structural aluminium profiles.
The table built on the basis of 40x40 mm aluminum profiles is a stable structure, successfully replace the table for light and medium loads. The table can be equipped with supporting legs or wheels.
In this case, self-tapping screws were used to twist the individual elements. An alternative method may be the use of corners and connecting plates, but worth to know, that described method allows to minimize the construction cost while maintaining high stiffness.

Table made of aluminium profiles suitable for light and medium loads
The table built based on 40x40 mm aluminium profiles is a stable structure that successfully can be used as a table for light and medium loads.
The table can be additionally equipped with supporting legs or wheels.
In this example, self-tapping screws were used, in the construction, to twist the individual elements.
An alternative method may be the use of corners and connection plates, however, the presented method allows to minimize the construction costs while maintaining high stiffness.
However, it should be remembered that this method requires drilling the profiles in the right place and threading individual profiles.
