This 12-tooth servo gearbox is most commonly used to drive a 108-tooth hub, 48mm apart, for an enormous 9: 1 gear ratio.
For a more compact setup, it also works with a 48-tooth hub gear set 24mm apart for a 4: 1 ratio.
