Z-axis modification kit (LEAD 1515/LEAD 1010 PRO)

This kit is used to rebuild the Z-axis of our LEAD 1515 and LEAD 1010 PRO machines. The modification we propose provides even greater stiffness of the above-mentioned axis, which is guaranteed by high-quality Hiwin rails.

The kit includes:

1) 2x hiwin rail, length 25cm (+/- 1mm)

2) 2x aluminium spacer 6mm

3) 2x aluminium spacer 9mm

4) 12x M3 allen screw with ball head, 10mm long

5) 16x M3 allen screw with ball head, 8mm long

6) 12x M3 T-nut

7) 1x C-Beam Xlarge MGN15 mounting plate

8) 2x M5 flat head allen screw 35mm long
