FlexPlate Set - Powder Coated PEI 410 x 410 mm
The powder coated FlexPlate consists of three parts. First of them is the magnetic surface which you attach to the printers bed. Second and third one are made of high quality spring steel sheet that is covered with a PEI sheet.

The Flexplate PEI is a perfect surface to print on, it's easy to manage and very durable. It's good to mention that thanks to the Flexible plate you can easilly remove prints. It will pop off right after you softly bend it.
FlexPlate PEI is based on a ferrit core which is much more heat resistant than neodymium magnets. The FlexPlate can withstand temperatures up to 130°C without any problems, so you can even use it with ABS.
How To Use it?
First of all you have to unpack your FlexPlate and attach it to the magnetic surface of your print bed. Then attach to the magnetic surface spring steel plate with the PEI. Remove the film that protects the PEI and re-level your print bed. Now you are ready to print.
With almost no issue everything should come free from the surface. You don´t need any glue but if you are going to print somthing for a long time or big elements, it can be good to use an adhesive stick. Thanks to that your parts will stick even better and release easier after the print is done. When you finish all of the printing let the plate to cool down. After a while when the plate is chilled you can give it a gentle bend to remove the model.
Make sure to wipe down the PEI surface with 70-91% Isopropyl alcohol before each print. When you do it just make sure not to leave any grease or other residues on the surface. This will help to increase your surface adhesion greatly.
After each use clean your PEI with isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol or soap.
